The Sound of Music - Vorarlberg and its people

Thumbs up...

This is the first blog entry that is in english as it is just for you, Caitlin Clements, and for the reason of keeping you up to date. So fasten your seatbelt, and have a pleasant flight through Austrian landscapes and stuff...

One of the first day after my glorious return to the home of delicious food, i was cutting trees with the strong support of two (even stronger) ladies. Isn't it nice and green?Working outside in the green, that's what the Vorarlbergers like, but that's exhausting. So they need refreshment to come back to strength and power. That's why the cheese cake was established long time ago....voila (you taught me some aussie word for that but i forgot)
A lot of Australians have utes, even if they don't really need it, so they get a dog to chuck it on the back of the ute so that i has a purpose. I am sure you all know this as it is part of your own culture...anyway, it's a bit different in Austria. We don't have utes and the therefore no place to put dogs. That's why cats are more popular in Austria. And they burry there own poo which is quite an advantage...I really wanted to put the nice cat-pic on here, i also wanted a bit of a story around it, that's why you just read a lot of shit.

The following pics are of the beautiful people of Hohenems, King Fabian and fancy dressed Martin. More will be presented soon...

Bye for now,
